Speed breakers Has anyone been frustrated by innumerable marked and unmarked speed breakers on the Pune- Nashik- Pune highway? Also the state of the road is so bad. Even after a complete rebuild after almost two decades. Just after one rainfall, the highway has gone for a toss. Dalindar Pune University Today I visited Pune University for Documentation work. Literally all the cabins were empty. They are walking in the garden. The receptionist is so rude..
