Always check the fines and challans before making any payment in this shitty traffic ruled city. I had parked my car in no parking zone yesterday in front of my college,, I get a call that it is going to get towed so I immediately rush to the place and the traffic police says that I need to pay a total of Rs 1147 (200 prior fine + 500rs current fine + 472 towing charges). Which are some of the dustiest parts of Pune? A couple of days back I had the misfortune of travelling to Wagholi. It felt like leaving earth and travelling to Mars after Decathlon Wagholi. The dust.
