So I am doing some house hunting for purchasing in ready to move or near position buildings....these are belwo areas I have explored...can u guys suggest me Panvel near Palashpe phata great building with lots of ammenities (Marathon)(80 Lakhs 2 bhk) Kharghar Rohinjan good builiding with good amenties (Regents park, satyam) (80 lakhs 2 bhk) Ghansoli sector 21 basic building with no amenties(80 lakhs) Suggest if u have anymore options

Trash removal and home cleaning

My friends flat is in Kharghar is very very dirty. It’s unliveable. I want to throw out most things and get it cleaned. Are there any companies in Navi Mumbai that offer these services ? This is a task for some company that can do very heavy duty clean up. It’s not your normal clean up. Ideally, I want the stuff to be disposed off before cleaning. The company should take the discarded items to the landfill. Looking for recommendations.
