Is it a bad idea to buy resale flat which is under leasehold?

Hello all, I am planning to buy a resale flat on a building which is 20 years old. I read the previous sale deed and it was written that state government has given the land on lease to builder for 60 years until 2064. So that means only 39 years are left. Is it a wise idea to buy the flat in this building? It's a very good society with 3 towers and over 200 flats. Does evacuation kind of stuff happens in leasehold property after lease ends?

Caution everyone in seawoods.... There is a sneaker chor in sector 50. Someone robbed all the expensive shoes from our building.. I'm talking about 5k to 10k ranging shoes. If anyone find any leads or similar activity let us know. Till then I'm going to check the cctv footage.

navi mumbai's food game is getting strong and I'm loving it!

Tried this pizza place in CBD Belapur called The Mad Pepperoni, I got the Farm Frenzy Pizza, they've a standard size 10 inches I believe, and the base was so freaking soft, the cheese had the most perfect stretch it seemed fresh, the veggies complimented so well and most importantly it didn't feel heavy after eating it, super light and yummy! I'm looking forward to try more pizzas from them 🥰 It was for Rs 525, paisa vasool I must say
