Home loan rate

Is it common for an HDFC home loan to start at an 8.50% rate in 2017 and rise to 10.75% by 2024? I noticed my floating home loan interest rate has increased significantly over the years. Is this a typical trend? What are some good suggestions to lower my interest rate? I'm aware that transferring the loan to another bank involves charges, and HDFC also charges a fee to reduce the rate. Are there any alternatives or strategies to minimize the cost or negotiate a better rate with HDFC?...

Hit and run on Palm Beach road near Inorbit mall, Vashi on 3rd Jan 2025

Did anyone see that video of the accident that happened on Palm Beach road? Few men were in rickshaw recording a video when a woman was seen crossing the road and was hit by a white sedan. Does anyone know anything about it? Because there is nothing on the news.

Hi! I'm looking for places to explore in Ghansoli or Vashi area. Should I invest in Khandeshwar area residential project?

I am planning to invest in a residential project in Khandeshwar, Kamothe close Khandeshwar railway station touching Uran Road . What is the appreciation rate in the area? How is the water supply and surrounding area if I decide to live in this place in future? Is the investment worth it? I’m getting 1.5-2k per square feet rate. This is my first large investment and I want to be completely sure about it.
