Many famous IIT coaching centres are just a scam in the name of coaching. My friend enrolled in one of such institute called Pace in Nerul. Is it common for an HDFC home loan to start at an 8.50% rate in 2017 and rise to 10.75% by 2024? I noticed my floating home loan interest rate has increased significantly over the years. Did anyone see that video of the accident that happened on Palm Beach road? Few men were in rickshaw recording a video when a woman was seen crossing the road and was hit by a white sedan. Does anyone know anything about it? Because there is nothing on the news.
