Why so unrealistic prices for Cidco houses

Cidco recently unveiled prices for their upcoming lottery and 1 BHK in Vashi node is whopping 75L. On top of that it is marketed as "Low Income Group". Where on earth low income group people can afford 1 bhk for this amount? Any way to complain the authorities? Is it worth applying in any of the nodes?

Hi, (For 2 yr old) If anyone has any suggestions based on personal experience or from family or friends please do share. I’m confused between Montessori, Reggio Emilia and Waldorf but the decision will depend primarily on how much the school actually follows these principals and their on ground approach. Met the scammers dressed in police uniforms

The scammers asked me and my friend money and they showed the same phamplets and diaries to show records of people having donated... We decided to call the cops to ask whether it was them , they said it wasn't and when we were calling the police the scammers saw us and started changing their khaki shirts into normal shirts 😭 I remember reading the post on this subreddit about these scammers and somehow didn't get scammed by them pls be aware 🙏

Cat dying infront of me

So I am at hdfc circle new Panvel near hp gas. I was just walking casually and saw a small kitten barely able to breathe was dying because of dehydration I guess. What to do, can anyone near help, because I have not picked any cat in my lifetime and dont know what to do. No water source is near.

after covid ended the amount of people I am in touch with is countable on one hand,I don't go to college since It's integrated, I have person tutor and my society has no one around my age group to talk with, it literaly feels so empty to not talk to anyone for months but whenever I try to talk to someone it gets scary and feels like I am doing rocket science or something HOW DO I MAKE FRIENDS??????
