Should I invest in Khandeshwar area residential project?

I am planning to invest in a residential project in Khandeshwar, Kamothe close Khandeshwar railway station touching Uran Road . What is the appreciation rate in the area? How is the water supply and surrounding area if I decide to live in this place in future? Is the investment worth it? I’m getting 1.5-2k per square feet rate. This is my first large investment and I want to be completely sure about it.
