Commuting in Aligarh?

I have an exam in Aligarh so I'll be travelling from a nearby state. I was initially planning to come by bus and use Uber to go to the exam centre, until I learnt that Uber isn't used there. Is this true? Will I be able to find rickshaws or public transport easily? How much will they charge? Thanks.
