Triumph dealership refusing self PDI and charging logistics fee I booked the scrambler 400x recently and the sales person mentioned that self PDI is not allowed and also quoted a 2k logistics charge as part of the quotation. It's a Keerthi Triumph dealership (I know...there isn't a khivraj nearby. Two nearest dealers are both Keerthi unfortunately) Are dealers not legally obligated to allow for Self-PDI? Whats with bike dealers not offering test rides / not eager to sell bikes ? Went to couple of dealers last weekend. **KTM** \- I asked for a quote for the Duke 250 and they asked me to visit the local KTM dealer. I went on Sat afternoon. The showroom is dark, dingy. The lady whom I spoke on phone earlier could not even recollect that she spoke. After some discussion, she remembered. I asked if they had a test bike for a test ride. They have a display bike and there were no keys, so not much to see apart from the seat... 4 10 replies
