Why doesn't the service centre allow you to look at your bike being serviced? I understand we're not allowed in the workshop due to reasons like workplace hazard and we may disrupt their work in some way. But even from outside the workshop they don't allow us to see what they're working on. I was asked to go back to the customer lounge again and again. This was a Bajaj service centre.
