Container terminal road

Why is toll being charged on the Container Terminal Road despite ongoing repairs and diversions since past several months? The road is poorly lit, making it hazardous to navigate, especially at night, with oncoming traffic forced onto a single lane on the wrong side. Toll collection should be deferred until the road is fully restored and safe for use.

Cafes to work at during the day?

Hello! I WFH and am looking for cafes that I can work at during the day. Any location is good, but please mention if it has parking. I've tried french toast and starbucks but looking for any other good local alternatives. I'm also yet to check out gvq but they don't have food per se is what I'm aware of. Is Nosh Haus good?
