Any shops do cork sealing in Kochi?

I have two pairs of Birkens and the cork has started to deteriorate. Are there any shops or cobblers who do this kind of work? I’ve seen cork sealers available online but I’d like to know if it’s possible to get it done locally for a reasonable price. Would it be worth buying in cork sealers from Birkenstocks site?

Is there an UrbanCompany alt for Kochi?

UrbanCompany is an app that offers house maintenance services like small electrical repairs for fans, tubelights. Plumbers for fixing water pipe related problems etc etc. I've previously used this service in Banglore but the app doesn't have service in Kochi (idk if it works in other parts of Kerala). If there is any alternative, please let me know.

Where can one buy used Airconditioner in Kochi?

Are there any good used AC or factory seconds shops selling AC here? Those instagram marketted places only stock some select appliances but never AC. Looking for some place where they service these as well as sales. Tried OLX , felt it's too much effort to check and move it to my location. I need a 1 ton and a 1.5 ton AC. Any inputs welcome. Want to exhaust any used possibilities before going for new.

Looking for Mehndi artist

Looking for someone to do mehndi for myself and my fiance but we are having a small wedding ceremony so won't have the actual event. I'd like to do it just before we leave Kochi around Feb 10 or 11. I'm also wondering if anyone has worked with jagua or another product similar to henna with a cooler color like black/blue.
