Constructing G+5 floors in a G+2 building. Posting here so if anyone has gone through the experience may offer some helpful suggestions. I am a first time home buyer looking to buy a 3BHK and not sure of how it works around here (Hyderabad). So an acquaintance of my dad who’s a builder is looking to sell a 3 BHK in an under construction property that has G+2 floor permission. Traffu**ed Is it just me, or has the traffic situation in Hyderabad suddenly gotten worse? Today, it took me 1 hour and 15 minutes to reach my office in the Financial District from Aparna Serene Park, Gachibowli. Im 24 M. My bp is 140/85. Is this normal? Im 24 M,5.10 ft,75 kgs. I hit the gym alternative days and also play professional badminton on weekends. I don’t drink or smoke .
