How are folks affording buying property here? I recently purchased a property in Gurgaon . 3bhk and if costed 3.5 Cr. Putting in the 30% down, the emi is 2+ lakhs a month. Since I am a NRI with plans to move back after few years , I think I will be able to make it. But thinking through when I was India based few years ago, even if I was paid well (80+ lakhs: year) I would have never been able to afford it.
