Perungalathur bridge work is creating lot of traffic during peak hours I went to pickup my relative from Tambaram railway station today morning around 7. While returning to vandalur, it took me more than 30 minutes to cross the Perungalathur railway bridge. There were metal ramps placed temporarily that the vehicles from both sides(city and highway) has to cross causing a lot of traffic. Hope they finish that bridge work soon. 3 2 replies

Unaccountable TN Law enforcement - FIR leakage, violating victims privacy. It will hinder SA reporting further. Once again TN police showed their ineptness by leaking the FIR copy and exposing the Victims name, parents, address. Gross misconduct from the police department. No one will take accountability for the above mistake. It just proves, we are just a third world with no repercussions for blatant procedural violation. Previously, It happened in Pollachi Sexual abuse case where a learned senior police officer published the names of the complainants openly. Consequence: Sexual Assault reporting will reduce further.
