How is our State road tax collected money spent?

Disclaimer: Not a rant Genuinely want to understand where does this tax money go? Is it for improving the road network, setup funds for accident victims, road safety education, better roads, road signs, etc. I know RTI would give me these answers but I don't see any budget presented by the transport department every year and any accountability on how the collected money is utilized back.

Adoption appeal! Rescued female pup 3 months old

We found an injured 3 month old female pup last week and took her to the hospital. She fought bravely and has almost recovered except for her fractured leg which we got plastered and will take another 14 days to heal. We are planning to get her vaccinated too this weekend. She is a cutie pie, well behaved pup. We hope to find her a forever home with a loving and caring family. Please DM/comment if interested or have any leads. I’m facing a dilemma and need some advice. My child is studying in a private school in Bangalore, and recently, they were given a consent form asking for voluntary consent to share their Aadhaar number and demographic info with the Ministry of Education to create an "APAAR ID" and DigiLocker. The form clearly stated that it was voluntary, so I sent a diary note to the school saying that we don’t want to create Aaapar id. However, the problem is that the teacher has been pressuring my child daily...
