What’s wrong with the Gen-Z ?

I am a Gen-Z, and I believe that lack of patience, negativity, constant anxiety about future, insane amount of competition and mental health struggles are widespread among my generation. I feel this has only worsened due to the curated lives we see on social media and the silver screen, but most importantly, because of the stigma surrounding seeking help. What is your take on this? What do older people think we need to change, and what can we do better? (Ps: Just to make it clear I am not shitting on anyone, through this post I hope to understand what can be done better.)
