Agra toll / Kuberpur to Agra city

Coming to Agra via bus and some bus are showing drop off as Agra toll and some showing as Kuberpur. My drop will be at 5-6am in the morning and I'm worried if I will get any vehicle from the drop off point to Agra city especially considering it 6am in the winters. Someone told me that people in Army get free access to taj mahal without paying for the ticket. I want to confirm whether it is true or not.If they allow to do so please tell me whether it allows the whole family or the person in army only.I can buy the ticket there is no issue with it, just want to confirm what I heard from the guy.
