Why is this sub so inactive

I have seen even smaller towns' subs being very active I just don't understand the reasons behind it. The city is dull, but all my friends from agra who live in Bangalore, Mumbai, noida, usa aren't dull but unlike many people around the world who still yearn for their hometown and show their love for their hometown, none actually do for agra! I'm from Bombay so yaha thandi ke naam pe cool air chalti hai jiska maza aap cotton tshirt me uthathe and say it's winter so I'm not used to winter clothes and naturally still I'm feeling I should just take 2 cotton tshirt and I'm done Please instill some fear in me to carry one winter cloth ya kahi maara hua dikhu vaha toh samjh jaana Mumbai se aaya tha💀😂
