Western Express Highway - a rant I don't know why one of the most important routes that acts like a backbone from North to South Mumbai is so poorly maintained. Are Mumbai landlords always cheap no matter where you rent? It seems to be the case because I've rented from acorss rent ranges now in western suburbs to south of this city.
