I recieved a call from BlueDart, regarding misuse of my name for an international order of Atm cards, Passports and MDMA

I recieved a call from this decent sounding BD employee saying a person named Asif #+_() sent me an order of multiple passports and ATM card, 3.5kg clothes, 200g MDMA. Ngl the order scared me a little bit. After confirming that it wasnt me who made the order, the guy told me to raise it with the Bandra Police station, also said that he would report from his end as well. He asked me to note down the details. He was redirecting the call to the Police station, to...

    Legal assist needed (pocso)

Hi, I’m 23F, and I’m struggling with a POCSO and defamation case I filed when I was 17. The incident occurred when I was 15, and he was 19. However, at the time of registering the FIR, his age was recorded as 18 (not 19), and mine was 15. The session court judgment (April) sentenced him to 10 years in jail, but it wrongly states my age as 17 throughout and his as 18. He appealed to the *BOMBAY* High Court in April and got bail in October. I...

Which Restaurants in Mumbai Forcefully Impose Service Charges?

Hi everyone, I'm looking for a list of restaurants (especially the “aesthetic ones”) in Mumbai that forcefully impose service charges on their bills. By law, service charges are voluntary, and customers have the right to ask for their removal if they don't wish to pay. However, some restaurants still insist on it and refuse to remove the charge even when requested. If you've encountered such places, please share your experiences here. It'll help others be aware and help to avoid such places. Thanks in advance for your input! Ill...

I just got fired for the dumbest reason. Idk whether to be sad or to laugh. Not sure how to feel about this

So yesterday I got called into the office by my boss and he invited me to come for the company trip after like a month or 2 of telling everyone else about it. Now I'm not one to beg or be desperate to go for the company trip but I was like chalo theek hai. But then he said I would need to travel by train to some place central India (I'm not very well versed with inter state travel by train) so I asked more info like the...

Bandra’s streets, apartments, cottages, alleys, churches and markets are all lit up, and it looks so beautiful. If you get a chance, visit Bandra sometime in the next 2 evenings and take a walk through it’s neighbourhoods. I love festive season!

    love y'all.....

Hey guys, I’m from a really small town in Bihar, and I’ve always been amazed by the stories of Bombay my dad tells me. He spent 15 years of his life in Mumbai, and ever since I was a kid, I’ve been hearing those stories. Now, I’ve decided I’m gonna move to Mumbai for college, probably for CS. I know it may sound delusional, but I’m gonna make it happen. No matter where I was born, I’ll end up in Mumbai. I'm determined to do this!

Mumbai will forever remain a developing city

The third picture of a random patch of road in Behram Baug which was dug 15 days ago for some pipeline work but was never redone to a normal road after the work got completed I have been to almost all metropolitan cities of India but I would say Mumbai has the worst...

Airtel AirFiber Nightmare: Slow Speeds, Clueless Support, and Endless Frustration

I need to share my absolutely terrible experience with Airtel AirFiber because this level of service is just unacceptable. The Installation While the AirFiber installation was completed in a day, everything has gone downhill since. The Issue I raised a on December 14th about slow speeds. I’m on a 100 Mbps plan, but I’ve been stuck with speeds as low as 4 Mbps—making even basic browsing impossible. Worse, it has severely disrupted my wife’s ability to work from home. The Support Disaster For almost a week, I’ve been waiting...

Usually reaching 90mins before the departure time works fine for domestic but I'm not sure of the holiday rush. Do let me know if anyone of you guys flew out of there recently

Where can I buy winter clothes for Europe trip in Mumbai?

Hello, people. In the month of January I will be going to Europe, staying there at least for two weeks. I never went to any cold place and never experienced negative temperatures, so I basically need to shop for everything. But, Im at a loss here trying to figure out what is necessary and what is overkill. I will be dealing with temperatures between -5 and 10 celsius, and snow probably. It would be really helpful if you could give me some sugestions of brands and places to buy...
