Do you still have access to the tech infrastructure? Hosting provider, Google Workplace, etc. If you're a founderpartner, have access to all the tech bits, and you haven't officially been fired, when I don't see any problems with collecting all the evidence you can about your partner's activities. Maybe you can read his email or something? If you can get in, spend a few bucks and talk to a lawyer before taking any action, and whatever you do, don't sabotage anything. Just because you feel like you got screwed, that doesn't mean you can just break stuff because you didn't get compensated.
