I used to think the same thing..from this january i just started running and exercising which helped me come out of loneliness. Sometime, when i feel loneliness, i go to the jaipal singh park and ask strangers to participate in the game/ sports they are playing.
They happily let me in.
You should also try to explore any hobbies and visit places accordingly it will help.

You won't find a bearing with a detent off the shelf. For a 400 gram load, a thin section deep grove ball bearing will be plenty. It'll have looseness and will need press fit bore/shafts or glued on with retaining compound. Looks like the nearest standard bearing is https://www.mcmaster.com/product/6656K238 at 10mm wide. Thin section bearings can be had at 5mm width and any ID up to 300mm or so but they cost as much as the slewing ring the other person linked.

What is the source of water? Ground water through Submersible or Supplied water by municipality?
