The 66.4% is from a survey, not the actual number. How can the literacy rate decrease? I think that’s not the real literacy rate.

According to census 2011, after removing Telangana districts, our literacy rate is >67%.

The student clubs at IITB generally comprise of a Core Team (of 5-6 people who have to be IITB Students) who conduct club events throughout the semester. Most of these events are open to all, so feel free to just barge in and attend them.

Now if u get cse in nits, that's a different matter, but other than that, it's pretty average honestly. As u said, u wanna explore different stuff, TU is decent in that regard. But u know what, u still have like 3-4 months or something, forget these shit, and study tf out for jee/cee, u will be in a better place, much better than nit-s or TU.
