This is such a shallow analysis. Reliance is at a PE of 25. Oil business margins are going to continue drop in 2025 due to subdued global oil demand. Jio’s user growth has plateaued and they have hiked the prices to push ARPU. Reliance retail has not outperformed the retail segment in general (which in turn has subdued outlook).

Every correction is not an opportunity to average / buy.

I totally get where you’re coming from. It’s hard not to feel frustrated knowing that AI tools are essentially built on the hard work of writers, researchers, and publishers who never gave explicit permission for their content to be used this way. These models wouldn’t be half as “smart” if it weren’t for the massive amount of human-generated material they digested. And yeah, when you factor in zero-click searches and Google’s push against affiliate marketing, it’s like the whole ecosystem that incentivized producing quality written content is getting dismantled.


The sad irony is that when nobody is getting paid—or even recognized—for their expertise, you can’t really blame people for stopping. Why bother putting in the hours if any valuable insight you publish can just be scraped, synthesized, and regurgitated by an AI model that benefits some big tech company? It’s no wonder people are talking about shifting to video, where at least there’s a face and voice attached to the expertise, and it feels more “real.”


I’m not sure what the perfect solution is, but I agree that there needs to be some kind of regulation or compensation structure. If companies are profiting directly from models trained on the content we’ve provided to the internet, it only seems fair that creators get a piece of that pie, or at least the ability to opt out. Without that, why would anyone keep creating quality content in the long run?


It’s a tough spot we’re in, and I think you’re right to call attention to it. We definitely need more discussion, and hopefully some well-thought-out policies, before written content online becomes a wasteland of AI spin-offs and recycled knowledge.

Legal advice wont work out here. The only way out would be to hire local people who will thrash him out, that too you have to do it in a way while gaining sympathy of others. Otherwise you’ll be in trouble.

Best way out is, sell the land to someone and let him take care of it. Once the land is sold, you can force him out, even if you dont sell, you can pretend you’ve sold to someone in power and repeat the fiasco.
