Our neighbors recently purchased a new house. Somehow, a group of transgenders learned about it and showed up uninvited. They performed some dances and then demanded a substantial sum of ₹60,000, which was a significant amount for a middle-class family already managing EMI payments for their new home. When the family tried to negotiate, the situation escalated, with the group engaging in inappropriate behavior. Eventually, the matter ended with them taking ₹40,000 and forcefully snatching a gold ring worth ₹1.2 lakh from the neighbor aunty's fingers.
