I'd personally remove the Enfield from this equation.

The Svartpilen 250 is no more so that leaves the CB300R and the Duke 250.

I've ridden both the bikes. The CB is the lighter bike by about 15-16kg and you feel it in the twisties and flicking around in traffic.

The 250 Duke is slightly larger and slightly more comfortable over longer touring distances and the tech is more modern on the Duke, TFT vs LCD plus some riding modes i think on the Duke as well.

If you're touring seriously and find the stock seats on either bike to be not adequate enough spending a couple of thousand to get the seat custom modified is worth it.

Personally I'd get the Honda. It's more understated and imo better looking than the KTM and the engine is typical Honda and it's down to personal preference so do test ride both.

The downsides of the Honda compared to the KTM are miniscule and vice versa. The Honda seat is a little smaller, the dash is a little simpler and if it matters the KTM has better aftermarket support in terms of accessories.

KTM parts and service will be a little easier to source compared to the Honda given the lack of sales volume for the latter but I don't think the actual parts and service cost is too different. If anything you could probably push the Honda dealer for a discount due to the lower sales figures of the CB.

But again, test ride both and see what you like and what fits your needs and use case.

We stopped for tea and snacks during a roadtrip once. And I told my nephew to pick up the chocolate bar wrapper he dropped on the floor and put it in the dustbin that was like 3 feet away.
