if men stopped chasing women for validation and focused on their own growth, the dynamic will change completely ,men would no longer feel incomplete, and women wouldn’t be seen as objects to be won. this will lead to more authentic connections, but only if women also free themselves from superficial expectations. wewer breakups but also fewer forced relationships that were never meant to be. and life isn’t about balance, it is about freedom. and core issue is not chasing , it is the human condition itself , our neediness, our illusions of love, and our constant search for something outside ourselves.

If you have a vehicle, then would a rapido bike taxi or uber/ola/zepto/etc delivery job make sense? Not sure since I haven't tried these. But, for a person who has a bike and can spare some block of time, these might be good opportunities.

Get visible abs at least once. Have an incredibly lean fit body . I might as well try to get a well defined 6 pack . I doubt I might be able to do this in the later stages of my life

Become more calm , composed and happy . I overthink a lot and am incredibly self critical

Travel to two countries at least one solo . Would prefer travelling to niche countries .

Switch jobs . Got stuck in a very toxic one . While it pays well , I might as well work somewhere else for more money for the same level of toxicity

Get married . Have started feeling lonely for the first time in my life in 2024 .
