My family brought a car last month and payed over 40L as tax itself. Still roads are 💩 so now we are regretting. But these geniuses want to use that tax money to enhance vote bank.

Lulu and other MNCs are forced to open way outside city limits in other countries. But when it comes to India, the authorities don’t care about city planning, they will allow anything to open anywhere.

Ideally large establishments like Lulu should have opened outside city limits. Or authorities should build extra access roads for Lulu.

I have faced it a few times. I can not comment if it's always with longer trips, it has happened with me a few times for even shorter trips just 3 - 4 Kms. What frustrates me the most is that they accept it and then don't move for 3 - 4 mins and then suddenly cancel. Unfortunately these services do not have any customer care number and there's no accountability anywhere. If anyone knows the email id of Uber CEO I would like to know as I have critical feedback about this behavior and poor policies of the company overall.

On the other hand sometimes I wanted to go close just 2 Kms but the ride came almost from 1.5 Kms. I was equally surprised that he drove 1.5 Kms to take me just another 2 Km

Furthermore I guess for intercity travel, if they cancel then you have to wait for almost another 10 -15 mins before next one can be booked.
