Damn. I just had issue with BR Ice cream yesterday. They had delivered the wrong flavour so I chatted with zepto support to check if it will be returned. They just forwarded the issue to an ‘expert’ who never responded. An hour later i just ate the wrong flavoured ice cream. I should’ve checked the expiration date lol. This is a wake up call anyways.

I have seen teachers cursing students. I was a model student, so I never faced it personally. But now that I think back to the funny incidents in school, sometimes I realize the teachers were assholes to kids they didn't like. What sort of messed up adults insult kids who are less than 12 years old!!

Fuel the shame into something. Therapy, helping around the house, reading, creativity, learning. I actually just got s free coursera account through my states work program, all I had to do is ask and send them a an email. Just some ideas. The shame can be good if it isn't burried and if its instead used as a fuel source. Just theory lol
