    I stay in Koramangala, the power cut is not too frequent but it does go off often. I have a wifi inverter/UPS installed (costs ~₹1200) and with laptop backup i can manage.

    If you can invest ₹15-20K, invest in the UPS system with a decent battery. If u don't want to invest so much an inverter bulb and wifi ups is more than sufficient.
