File a complaint with the cops. What has happened inside the shop , is their problem. Your concern is your product. He might be showing some fake receipt of fir against the scammer.

If it was like that, they would have mentioned about it initially when you had asked them to deliver and they said 1-2 days more.

Hi, we have recently got rid of this horrible shop. We made the mistake of ordering almost the entire furniture of my parent’s house at this HSR store. However, luckily Nabin didn’t take money on his number from us. Regardless, we had to deal with the horrible behaviour from Nabin and had to follow up with this store for more than 3 months for our furniture delivery. This place is highly unprofessional and chaotic. And, this is besides the fraud committed by Nabin. They are rustic and rowdy people and have no sense of professionalism.
I, would suggest you to file a consumer complaint as I was also on the verge of doing so. The National Consumer Commission now has an online complaint mechanism too. You can first lodge your complaint online and if this doesn’t work, then take it up as with the district consumer court. The company cannot shed any responsibility for the fraud committed by their own employee. If you have all documents, chat photos, call records etc. That’s sufficient to file a consumer case.
