Unfortunately YouTube has this problem, not just the bots. YouTube also has been known to have explicit videos and the like on there, if, you just happen to be unfortunate with some keywords. Then you have legitimate predators who watch and comment. You can report them but you take down one, several more will spawn. Aside from that some content that is being published can easily draw young people to other websites that aren't PG.

Online safety is key in order to teach the kids. Unfortunately most parents or Guardians don't teach them. Same case with video games that have online capabilities.
