Same thing happening to me
I live in a pg where my office is a little bit far.
The problem is the lack of bus connectivity in my area.
In the area I live in ....only 2 buses in a day that goes to Technopark.
One is city circular and another is venad one
The city circular arrives an hour before my office starts where venad one 2 hours before. Sometimes that bus will come late...

If the government promotes more on public transportation it will not happen.


Make a law where we reduce the amount of cars and vehicles just like singapore did(will not happen) thus we will get more buses ... And will reduce traffic. Currently in TVM if we add more buses it will increase the traffic a lot due to smaller roads(one laned)



The city circular bus is owned by Kstrc. They are not doing well. They should form like (Trivandrum Bus Circular) which connects all areas in the district...Before coming to TVM one of my old co-workers said the city circular used to have many connections in the entire city until the new transport minister came and ruined it. Most of the buses were sent to other districts. He thinks that TVM has enough of buses

Also instead of metro make fully air conditioning buses it will help people a lot. Add more city buses


Metro is the only option in TVM or make a law that I said on
3rd paragraph. Either two of this will happen.



Only problem with the metro is the limit amount of connectivity stations.
I hope the govt will do fast on metro one

I’m actually writing an article about this idea because it’s so fundamental and its advice I find myself having to give all the time:


Being an entrepreneur isn’t:

Raising funds
Being in YC
Having a title
Etc et

It’s:
Finding a person’s unmet need and building product/service to meet that need

If you can do that in a profitable way, you made some cash

In a profitable and repeatable way, you have a side hustle

In a profitable, repeatable, and defensible way, you have a sustainable small business

Now if you can scale it, you can have a large business

However, it all starts with someone’s unmet need

If you don’t spend 99% of your time there before anything else, you’re not building a startup you’re role playing as an entrepreneur in a game called “startup founder”. Sometimes the is helpful for us to learn to do the real thing and build confidence, but the game isn’t the real world.

So don’t start with a problem in mind, don’t start with solution in mind, start with a group of people you generally care about enough to put your ego aside and help. Once you can listen to their needs, you can solve it, once you can solve it, maybe you can make some cash, and so on.

Why do we need to compare them in the first place? Just enjoy the episode and move tf on with your life.
