महाराष्ट्र प्रमाणाबाहेर असहिष्णू होत आहे का?
As someone who has briefly(few months) worked in marathi film industry production houses, I can comfortably say all these stunts are pulled off and paid for by the producers to keep movie in news cycle.
Somewhere in Mumbai in some producers computer there is a shared google sheet (or excel sheet) with his EP & PR team where there are list of chronological things to do. All those shouting in theatre videos, that guy tearing apart theatre screen or guy riding horse in theatre etc., most prolly all planned. Maybe they took leaf out of PR team employed by Kashmir Files.
For example, thnk logically : why did shirke gang not come out with all guns blazing on 14th february or before that? Why did they wait for so long? Because they were planted and instructed to play out towards final phases of movie buisness when its earning starts to reduce significantly. -

there are just 7 parks, but there are 28+ states and union territories in India.
why do u think Bihar is special for that park?
why do u think Bihar should get it before Jharkhand, Chhattisgarh, Himachal, Uttarakhand, Punjab, Haryana, and rajasthan? -

It's very simple. When you increase protein, your craving for other stuff goes down. Increase protein, light weights, cardio. -

The night that stole my freedom
I’m not trained in martial arts… but in my personal opinion it may not help in such a scenario if you’re attacked.
In a street fight, weight and mobility matters more than muscles or martial arts technique. And no offense but an average man can win a grapple against an average woman easily.
You win a a street fight by… running tf away. If that’s not an option, then attacking the groin, neck or head of the attacker is your option.
You learn martial arts in a controlled environment. To put it to use in a situation is the same as flying an actual aeroplane after you’ve played 100 hrs of flight simulator on an Xbox console.
This other person, wants to HURT you, KILL you, or even worse than that.
If you have weapons on you like pepper spray then it can help, but if I’m not wrong it’s illegal to use pepper spray? Someone correct me.
Sorry if I sounded harsh, but reality is this
I’m a 6’2” 95kg male and I’ve never gotten into a street fight. And I’m scared to fight anyone on the street, whether they are bigger or smaller or weaker than me. They could have a weapon themselves? They could have person waiting to join in the fight. If I accidentally hurt them, I could get into trouble too?
But from what I’ve read on Reddit/online, and personally speaking with people who were in such fights, running away or using a weapon is your option. And of course making a loud noise and calling attention to yourself. It sucks that I even have to write this, shows how some vile creatures exist that look like humans -
