When this Honda authorised service center in Bangalore realized that I am a new car owner (a male who purchased a Honda City which I got the same service center to inspect before purchase that they said was all fine) when I went for the first routine service post purchase, told me the following problems with the car:
1. AC needs cleaning
2. Throttle body needs cleaning.
3. Driver seat needs replacement
4. The suspension needs replacement
5. Brake pads need to be replaced


But the car was not giving me any problems. I totally ignored their diagnoses. I didn't trust those  because they said the suspension needs replacement. You don't replace the suspension (especially one running trouble-free), you replace specific component parts of the suspension giving trouble. A suspension has more than a dozen components, such as struts, springs, bushings, arms, joints, etc. At most, a couple of them may be faulty at a time. My car didn't have any problem and still it is running fine after more than a year and 5500 kms. 


I realized these Honda service centers are looters trying to extract as much money as possible from unsuspecting customers.
