I have seen many night time dashcam videos in India where the brake lights of the cars ahead come on and then it takes 3 business days for people to put on their own brakes.

As if, brake lights going off means that the car in the front has applied brakes and will eventually slow down is almost incomprehensible to our Indian minds?

On highways I have myself realized this mistake and look out for the brake lights diligently. Just my 2 cents.

I have been making post, tagging MPs/MLAs on Twitter for more than a year without having any Index ID. Some officials have responded and even solved the issues too.

I have followed all Index IDs, even of some districts too to empower their voice.

I have sent mails also to Chief Minister Office which have been forwarded to different ministries by them.

I have been active on Reddit for past 2 months and vehemently oppose those who think caste/religious issues are more important than development.

One more thing, in last elections, my entire family voted in development issues by Local MP only and will continue to do so in Assembly Elections too.

I have seen most of the bengali folks or rather Slyheti folks of Barak valley especially Cachar have more affection towards West Bengal rather than Assam. If you let them choose Assam or WB, they'll choose the latter instead of the state they are living in. It doesn't matter what language you have, you should have respect for the place you are living. I believe in Regionalism and i strongly believe people should respect and love the state they are born, living and earning from. Barak Valley people don't know as much as of the "mainstream" Assam as much the mainstream people knows about Barak Valley. You can't expect respect from a place you don't even want to acknowledge.

Even the Bengalis from WB and Hindi-speaking people learn or try to learn Assamese if they plan to stay long enough or do business.

I am sorry that you are going through a difficult time in your life. The fact that you posted here tells me that you are looking for some guidance on how your religion and spirituality can help you recover.

1) Seek professional help either through individual or group therapy. Having a safe space to be able to share what's hurting inside is crucial for healing.

2) Build a routine and incorporate exercise daily. It could be just walking or yoga. But be religious about doing it every day.

3) Build a routine for bedtime. No phone usage two hrs prior to sleeping. Do jap. I do 108 "Om Namah Shivay" and wake up with mantra.

4) help others when you feel a bit better. Whether it's just opening doors. Taking out grabage. Complimenting. Thanking.

It will all make sense a bit later. And then build upon with reading Gita or Ramayan.

20 years back, my dad owned an indica. We sold it to our driver in 2010 ig. Guy was one of the sweetest person we ever met. Since he was driving our car for 5 years; we gave him the car while the transfer of registration were in process. After a month or so, we got a call from police that the driver was using the car to steal iron rods/steel from trains and hardware shops. Had to pull political strings to get out of that mess. So yeah, the transfer of registration is necessary.
