indian parents, especially, dont really understand that you can train your kids to act right in society. Everyone says "kids are being kids" but thats an excuse to not have to parent. if kids can be taught to sit down and pay attention in school for periods of time, they can in public setting too. You just have to give them time to blow off some steam.
