Need Train ticket from Delhi to Vizag for a friend.

Hi basically, my friend is going to Vizag for Sankranti. He booked tatkal ticket for Swarna Jayanti and it's still WL37 for tomorrows train i,e., 5am 29 Dec. I hope it gets confirmed but in case it doesn't do anyone have a ticket for tomarrow and their plans got changed so they could give this ticket for the price?
