APSRTC customer care appreciation I'm from Telangana and living in Chennai, I wanted to go to hometown via Vijayawada for Sankranti and there were no seats available even for special buses. I've seen customer care mail in APSRTC website and mailed them regarding adding extra special bus.. just gave it a try.
