Do you know any clinic owner ?!

I went to home just after sem exam in December! After that multiple things happened and due to family problem I was unable to come back to college and right now I have only 20% attendance! What to do ?!? How can I get some medical certificate !? Or any other things I can try ?? Need suggestions!? They are saying I need atleast 60% at the end of Feb for midterm !!
