Illegal construction in my area.....

Over the past two decades, there's been so much construction in my area, and it's not like it's all new. I've seen the old houses and their original boundaries, but every time someone renovates, they just keep extending their houses. Back then, there was enough space to park four big cars, but now people are struggling to find space for two. Parking fights are becoming an everyday thing now. Honestly, I don't mind a bit of illegal construction—everyone seems to be doing it these days—but this has gotten out...
