Learners Driving License renew not getting approved? It has been over 1.5 months since I registered on the parivahan website to renew my learners driving license that had expired as I was out of the state for 6+ months. For the last 1.5 months, the application is stuck at "processing at RTO level". I've even filed a grievance, but that is also not being replied.
