Will there be public sleeping options during Kumbh? I want to know if there will be public sleeping spaces. You know open tents or something. I suppose there should be given such a crowd but want to confirm from a local or someone who has been to kumbh mela previously. I don't care about much else, just somewhere to sleep at night.
