Land laws of uttrakhand . I was told that uttrakhand is the only himalyan state that has no specific rules relating to outsiders purchasing lands or businesses ,any other states has laws that prevent this like jammu and kasmir , himanchal , northeastern states why is it like that shouldn't such laws be implemented in uttrakhand too to preserve the pahadi culture since desi are more populus that us ? 2 1 replies
