Today I saw an Auto driver giving 2 Policeman(in a police vehicle)Angrezi Sharaab and Chakhna,when I asked him why he did it,he said that he had done something wrong(maybe carried more passengers than the allowed limit),and instead of punishing him they asked him to buy the above mentioned things for them.
