Peaceful places to visit alone for a woman

I live near Medical College and am looking for calm and beautiful places I can visit during the day, where I can relax and unwind. Beaches are my favorite, but I’m open to other suggestions. I’d prefer spots I can explore and return from within 3 hours. Since I’ve never really gone out alone before, I’m trying to step out of my comfort zone. Maybe one that updates whats planned to happen weekly, monthly etc. I understand that there are some insta id's, but it doesn't cover all and some cover only promoted events and stuff? Any other suggestions or inputs?

How easy is it to change building ownership after purchasing a property ?

Will the officers harass me ? Do I have to pay a bribe ? The zonal office is Ulloor. The Google review of all Trivandrum corporation zonal officers are overwhelmingly negative so I am little worried about this process.

Temple collection season

Temple ulsavam collection season is here, and Sundays have become a bit unpleasant for me. I've already made some donations for our local temples, and waiting for a couple of the others I'd like to support. The problem is, how to avoid the ones I'm not interested in contributing to. First time in your beautiful city, suggest me some must go places!

Hello all, first of all beautiful and very clean city. So we left delhi on 9th dec and till now we have travelled delhi>ranthambhor>surat>pune>goa>mangalore(stayed for 20 days)> Kochin and as soon as we entered Trivandrum, we thought we should stay here for atleast a week and explore the city. Places to jog \ walk in kazhakootam\ Kulathoor\Akkulam area

Inside the city centre there is Chandra Shekharan Nair stadium and Kanakakunnu. What’s the one you guys know near Kazhakootam. I used to walk to the beach jumping the railway track line, since it’s more of a pathway I don’t feel safe walking alone in early mornings
