RDDT Tanking! I know the whole market is tanking this week, but what the heck is going on with RDDT?? I think they knocked it out of the park with 2024 Q4 results, even the 2025 guidance is great! So what if Google Algos are messing with RDDT, I feel the market is punishing them too much! They sitting on a goldmine of data for AI. I know I know, think long term! But, man it’s getting its a$$ handed to itself. 1 2 replies

SPX Options Condor Roll Risk I've been practicing paper trading in Schwab thinkorswim (ToS) for a year. I know it's just a simulation for learning the mechanics of trading and that the fills and slippage are completely unrealistic. On that note, I want to ask about a behavior that ToS paper trading allows that may be completely destructive in live trading. If I hold a vertical credit spread, I can place an order to roll that position to the same expiration date but a bit further away from the money. For example today I... 5 0 replies
Options and algorithms destroyed the market Thinking of pulling out completely from the markets. The level of manipulation is insane and prices make no sense anymore. Good news are always already priced in and retail doesn't benefit from news anyways, cause institutions and insiders already acted on them one hour before the retail knows. Bad news always beat the market down, even if they're barely "news" and they had been known for months (tariffs for instance). Stop losses are useless, cause algorithms trigger them artificially. Option trading is a cancer that increases manipulation and lead... 3 24 replies
Trading Hi all, i used to do a bit of option trading but it went downhill a bit. Looking to get back into it but with stocks instead of options. Has anyone got any recommendations where to start? 5 6 replies
What’s Your Go-To Strategy for Spotting Undervalued Stocks Before the Crowd Catches On? Some investors rely on fundamentals like low P/E ratios, strong cash flow, or insider buying, while others look for market overreactions or stocks with high short interest that could squeeze. Timing also plays a big role—spotting catalysts like earnings reports, product launches, or industry trends can help catch a stock before momentum kicks in. So, what’s your approach? How do you find those hidden gems before everyone else notices? 1 4 replies

Genius Strategy or Just Controlled Martingale? I came across a trader named Jean François Boucher on YouTube who claims to have a 94% win rate. His trading style is quite unique. He trades EUR/USD for just two hours during the NY session, plotting key levels and creating a 9-pip box, which he then copies to form a 9-9-9 pip grid boxes. He takes trades at key levels with a 3-pip TP and a 36-pip SL which seems like risky risk management. However, he uses multiple orders to manage risk. If the market moves against him,... 2 2 replies
Is this good? 85.58% return in 3 years? I feel like this is alright . I see other people making crazy returns trading options and crypto. First year I made 18.32% on the second year I made 30.85% and the final year I made 19.86%. I feel like this would obviously be good if I had one hundred gazillion dollars. 3 4 replies

Am I Just Lucky, or Is This Imposter Syndrome? I've passed two funded accounts and received two payouts so far. I currently have a seven-day green streak, with a 42% win rate and a 1:2.5 RR. Despite this, I still feel like I'm not a good trader or truly profitable. Is this level of achievement something most traders can reach occasionally, or am I just experiencing imposter syndrome? 3 6 replies
What will be the advantages for you to choose when trading derivatives? For those of you starting out with derivatives trading, what are the top deciding factors? Is it a highly-ranked exchange with good security, a wide variety of futures contracts, or extremely high leverage? I happened to read an article on CoinGecko and learned about BingX, a CEX exchange that achieved a top 5 ranking in the derivatives category in 2024. After experiencing it myself, I've summarized some key factors: * **User-Friendly Interface:** * Whether you're a beginner or experienced, BingX's interface is very intuitive and easy to operate. *... 3 0 replies

Mexem broker for US penny stocks? Is Mexem a good broker for using Ross Cameron’s technique? I’m asking because in my country I don’t have access to TradeZero, and the other brokers I can use don’t have the small-cap tickers that are used in Ross’s strategy. Or do you have any recommendations for a broker that is not based in the United States but could work? Yes, I know the strategy is quite risky, but I’ve been practicing in simulators, and it hasn’t gone badly for me. 1 0 replies
Best Alerts Site What sites do you recommend for automated technical alerts? Please include cost if there is one. I’ve been having pretty good luck the past 8 months or so using RSI and stochastic momentum indicators to help guide me on when to buy and sell. Right now my process feels very clunky and manual, basically reviewing the 20 or so stocks I’m watching and looking at their charts to see if there is a potential opportunity. I’d love to streamline this part and receive notifications when a stock appears to... 4 0 replies
Best hacks for day traders What are some useful tools, tricks or calculators one can use on a day to day basis as a day trader? One I have used recently is just a basic stopwatch which alerts me every 30 minutes to do a psychology check during a session. This keeps me grounded and sticking to my plan where as before I'd get so consumed by price action that I'd occasionally make emotionally fueled decisions. 2 2 replies
Hidden gems which no one talks about ?? Hi everyone I have successfully finalized my portfolio with the sectors I was targeting and the right balance. However, I encountered issues when investing in small companies that did not live up to their promises. The main problem was that their stock prices were manipulated by market makers, short sellers, and others... Now, I really want to find a hidden gem for the long term. I’ve noticed that two companies have experienced significant success: Innodata and TSS Inc. However, I have never seen their names mentioned anywhere as stock... 5 2 replies
