    What traders want

I see some posts about the psychology or emotional support and this and blah blah. Guys, nobody cares about that stuff. Traders want to know HOW to read the market, how to spot and entry, and when to actually enter a trade...and also when to exit. So, how to read the market. You stare at your screen and look at candles move up and down. After a few YouTube videos you heard about EMA 50 and 200, and support and resistance. And then you enable those indicators and the...

How many monitors/screens do you use to trade?

Just wondering how many screens you use to trade and if you feel it's enough or not enough? I personally use 4 screens to trade stocks (started with 2 but felt that wasn't enough). You can see my setup here and a breakdown of what I'm watching on each screen - [https://youtu.be/L-GR23sFFSE?si=KHXK4GcCRfKeYsGi](https://youtu.be/L-GR23sFFSE?si=KHXK4GcCRfKeYsGi) For those of you who use 4 screens or more, I'd like to ask why? Not judging, just curious. [View Poll](https://www.reddit.com/poll/1hdn4f1)

Do experienced traders keep learning, or does it stop at some point?

Once traders become experienced and find their ultimate trading strategy, do they continue learning or does it reach a point where they’re just executing? If they’re still learning, what’s left to learn?

Would it be ethical to teach everything I know for free on YouTube and sell an expensive mentorship with the exact same knowledge?

I focus on psychology and teach everything for free on YouTube. But I would just sell a product which is mentorship and maybe some tools like a trading journal and tracker, etc.. to wealthier people, but say publicly that the only value you get is to interact with me one on one, and everything I teach is on YouTube for free. I do not want to make less fortunate people even poorer by selling a fake dream. I want to just help people who have the money and need...

Google’s Monopoly Battle And Updates On The $350M Investor Settlement

If you missed it, the DOJ recently presented its final proposal against Google’s “online search monopoly”. They recommended selling Chrome, though Google already said this would harm consumers and developers. While today’s focus is on Google’s search monopoly, it’s not the first time the company has faced scrutiny. In 2018, WSJ reported that Google found a "glitch" in Google+ earlier that year, which affected data security. Between 2015 and March 2018, this glitch allowed outside developers access to almost 500k (!!) users' data. And despite discovering these issues in...

What's the most you lost in a single trade?

I took my largest loss recently on TSLA. Lost $2350 🤬 I sold a $400 call expiring today and had to cover before it got worse. This stock has gone ballistic since the Trump win.

Keep your brokers honest by regularly reviewing them

Had an issue last week with a well known broker from one of the 'islands'. I understood its a trade execution issue not a huge deal in the grand scheme of things, contacted support and boom they fixed it... EXCEPT this is not what happened, spoke with 3 people on their support team then a manager and literally no one wanted to fix the issue and make me whole, the worst part of the whole ordeal is the fact that the amount was only $480 smh. Yesterday I decided...

    How to improve trading?

I tried a simulator and I always end in loses. If I bought a business that keeps increasing and I buy it starts losing. There's any advice to improve? How many time should I wait until I see if I should sell in loses or hold?

It never gets easy but man it works.

Scale in with small lots and be a contrarian. When the market is going higher...sell it. When the market is going lower buy it. Start in a demo account. Do not use a stop. Try not to blow the account. If you do...great!... Now you have your first set of data points and you are learning how far you can go with your "Risk Capital". Continue this process until you are turning a nice 5-10% a month profit and are now confident that you know what you are doing....

Some market and trading principles I've created for myself

So first about financial markets. **#1 A market is simply 1 (one) server where everyone connects to trade.** To gain sense of how chaotic, and immense this is, i like to imagine a multiplayer game, any of your choice, lets go with Unreal Tornament(UT), one market is the same as UT having just one single server per map where all players (IN THE WORLD) have connect if they want to play against each other. Imagine playing in that server, thats exactly you trading in a market. **As a result...

    Simulated leverage

I’ve been trying to simulate leverage by going all-in. I reason the larger position size has similar P&L impact as a levered account. This makes up for the fact that I can’t access leverage for various reasons. My experience with this strategy is a drastic reduction in the number of trades that I take. For better or for worse, I have become more picky, definitely more fearful of losses. Today, I am foregoing a bunch of stocks that have broken out on good volume and good RSI. The reasons:...

Are there any websites that provide AI stock analysis

    Optimizing Trading Bot

I built a trading bot on Binance. It's been doing pretty good over the last year. I Will probably get a little more than 100% gain in 12 months since activating it. Though as expected (I created it to withstand a crash) it cannot keep up with all the alts that are flying to the moon currently... I was wondering if anyone here was willing to share strategies that have been successfull on spot markets and get > 0.5% or even 1% daily?

    Trading tips

I want to start trading as I already started investing. Does anyone have any complete starter tips. What kind of account should I open that allows for day trading in stocks? I see online it says I have to have 25,000 for a margin account. How do I go about getting around this? Would I be able to do it through Robinhood? Or should I go through anything else?
