Website gets little to no organic traffic; what are we doing wrong?

I don't know if such posts are allowed here or not, but if anybody can tell me what we are doing wrong with our site to get little to no organic traffic it would be really appreciated. Do not sugar coat your words for me, let me learn the hard way. Our website is "Techtroduce" It has been up since July, Adsense monetization approved at the end of October and we saw a massive drop in organic traffic since the December Google Spam Update.

Google Search Console confusion: the total impression is a lot more than the sum of all query's impressions.

There was one day when my site got particularly more impression than usual; I wanted to know which keyword drove that increment. But the sum of all query's impressions is 700, while the total impression for the day is 2,000 Why it is happening?

SEO impact of a matching YouTube video

Has anyone got a case where they have a blog post or page targeting a particular keyword, and then created a YouTube video to match it, then link the two, so backlink to original post in the YouTube video and video embedded,, and then the YouTube video does very well (let's say 10s thousands of veiws). What to do with indexed pages that are removed?

I have few pages that were indexed before which are currently removed. What's the right thing to do with respect to seo? - redirect it to home page - remove it as indexed in GSC Please do let me know

What are some realistic expectations for local SEO service

So I have a local home service business. Have a website, have used some freelance SEO people to help build basics but am considering making a bigger commitment to focus more on it. It is a 7x more investment monthly compared to doing it myself and with freelancers. I'm struggling to make that commitment without knowing the return. What the hell is wrong with Google Search (Console)

I have a website where I manually push each new post, confirm that a sitemap is available and content is viewable, confirm my robots.txt is valid and isn't hiding anything and after all that manual work a console that says that : 1. 14 of 25 pages is indexed (Can't seem to get to 100%) 2. That there is 30 pages found in the sitemap and all is good, despite only indexing few 3. It lies saying that 14 pages are available but ***site:hookd.app*** search provides only 10 pages...

Has anyone noticed low-authority, zero-backlink, low-word-count content ranking for high SEO difficulty keywords?

I have noticed a ranking shift in my project keywords on Google over the past two days. Some unknown competitors are now ranking on the first page, with one even in the top three. The SEO difficulty of these keywords is between 40 and 50. After checking the domain authority of these pages, none exceed 10. Interestingly, all these pages have ZERO backlinks! What could be the issue? Am I the only one facing this issue, or is this happening across the board?
